Shipping policy

At The Barely Functioning Club, each order is prepared with care and shipped as soon as it’s ready to head your way. While we may be barely functioning, we take getting your order to you seriously. 💛

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–7 business days. During busy seasons, launches, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Rates

We offer flat-rate shipping of $4.99 on all U.S. orders.

Estimated Delivery Time

After processing, most orders arrive within 3–7 business days.

Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and unincorporated territories of the United States may take an additional 7–12 business days to arrive.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or holidays.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Multiple Shipments

If your order includes multiple items, they may ship separately and arrive at different times. This is totally normal.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping information at checkout.

We aren’t able to replace or refund orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an address issue, additional shipping fees may apply to resend it.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has shipped, we’re not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but you don’t see it right away, allow up to 48 hours for delayed scans.

If it still can’t be located, we recommend reaching out to the shipping carrier directly. We’re always happy to help however we can.
