Return & Refund Policy
At The Barely Functioning Club, every item is made to order, created just for you once you hit that checkout button. Because of this, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for the wrong size, color, or in cases of buyer’s remorse. Please double-check our size guide before placing your order to make sure you find your perfect fit.
We totally get that things happen, though! If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll gladly make it right. Just email us within 7 days of delivery at barelyfunctioningclub@gmail.com with your order number and a few clear photos of the issue.
If approved, we’ll send you a replacement or a full refund, whichever feels right for the situation. Items sent back to us without first contacting us won’t be accepted.
We want you to absolutely love your order, and we’ll always do our best to make sure you’re taken care of.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
